    Sarah Poole launched SP Wedding Events in June 2011 after spending over 17 years creating perfect wedding days and special events for both personal and corporate clients at prestigious venues, such as Turkey Mill, Cooling Castle and Cobham Hall to name but a few.
    Sarah has endless enthusiasm, energy, passion and is highly motivated and committed to her clients. Sarah is a qualified wedding planner having qualified with the International Wedding Planning Professional(IWPP).
    When you need to plan the perfect wedding, SP Wedding Events have exclusivity of over 150 luxury venues and locations around the UK. They currently work closely with the Marriott Regents Park, London Golf Club, the Thistle Hotel Chain, The Russel Hotel, The Old Kent Barn, The Ward Rooms.

    We can offer specialist advice on venue requirements, full wedding planning with a perfectly tailored solution for every budget. Planning any event may seem impossible and it’s easy to underestimate how much work and planning is involved. We all seem to lead very busy lives these days and finding enough time to meet all of the supplier’s can be a daunting prospect. It does not matter if you are planning a small party, a fundraising event or the most important day of your life. SP Wedding Events will help you make the day one to remember. Whether you need chair covers, sashes, runners, floral centre pieces, sweetie tables, chocolate fountains, backdrops, post-boxes, wishing wells, table cloths or even an MC for the day! We also take care of any of those awkward momentswhen guests are not quite sure where they should be standing or where to put their cards and gifts! We only use recommend suppliers and negotiate and book on your behalf. We will help you send out save the date cards, invitations and guest information sheets, track the replies and chase the people who have not replied and arrange for your thank you cards as gifts come in. We will search and find various wedding shops for the whole bridal party, and arrange appointments for you to try on the wedding dress of your dreams, we’ll find suitable accommodation for your guests and negotiate rates and help you book your honeymoon.

    What size weddings do you organise?

    We normally organise weddings from 50 up to 500 people. Our biggest wedding to date was at the Thistle Brands Hatch where we had 800 guests!

    What areas do you cover?

    We cover all over Kent, London, Sussex, Surrey & Essex but will travel further if the brides choose us!

    Any claims to fame?

    One of our Chocolate Fountains was featured in 2010 in an episode of Sky Livings ‘Four Weddings’ from Blackshot, Essex! And one of our weddings this year 2012 will soon be in HELLO magazine.
